Dr.
Nasser Loza completed
his medical training at Cairo University in 1981 and continued
training in psychiatry in the Institute of Psychiatry the Maudsley
Hospital in London to return to Cairo in 1987. He was elected
to the Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1987
and the Fellowship in 1995. Dr. Loza is a member of American
and Egyptian Psychiatric Associations. He's on the executive
committee of the Arab Federation of Psychiatry and the Arab
Board of Psychiatry. A member of the editorial board of "International
Psychiatry" and Chairman of the Middle East Group of the
Royal College of Psychiatrists.
Dr.
Loza continued the tradition of practicing in psychiatry within
the setting of the hospital and private offices in Cairo.

of research interests:
History of psychiatry, cross cultural research in clinical
symptomatology.
